How do I pay fees via eCitizen on the Student Portal?

- Log in to the Student Portal at tucportal.ac.ke.
- Navigate to eCitizen from the left menu.
- Click Initiate Payment.
- Select your fee category (e.g. Tuition, Hostel, Exam remarking).
- Enter the amount you want to pay.
- Click Pay — you will be redirected to eCitizen to complete the payment.
