I cannot login to the Student Portal, what should I do?

  1. Ensure you are using the correct username format (e.g. EDS/B/0646/2024).
  2. Check that CAPS LOCK is off when entering your password.
  3. Try the Forgot Password link on the login page.
  4. If the issue persists, open a support ticket or email ict@tuc.ac.ke.
